Jeans - love them, hate them.

Like most women, I, too, have a love-hate relationship with jeans. One pair of jeans can be the rescue of your "I look crap in everything I wear" -day or your worst nightmare. This is why finding the perfect pair of jeans can be very tricky. My problem is that the jeans never fit right. Something is always too big or too small, so trying on jeans is the most horrible thing I can think of and already the thought of having to buy new jeans makes me frustrated. Usually the search lasts hours and still I might go home empty-handed at the end of the day. The size thing is very difficult as well. Depending on the shop, my size can range between 4 different sizes! And if you want to try two different kinds of jeans on, it's very annoying to try on 8 pairs of jeans.
However, I have finally found the perfect shop for me which is Lindex. Their jeans are quite cheap (about 40-50e for 1 pair) and their basic line includes skinny jeans, straight cut jeans and bootcut jeans. I like my jeans with bootcut (as my legs are quite short) and a regular waist (because low waist is just a bit too low for my taste). So, when I went shopping on Thursday and Lindex happened to be the first shop I visited, I bought two pairs of jeans from there. Two perfect jeans in one day? That has never happened before.

Kuten useimmilla naisilla, myös minulla on viha-rakkaus suhde farkkujen kanssa. Yksi farkkupari voi pelastaa huonon päivän, mutta voi olla myös naisen pahin painajainen. Tämän vuoksi täydellisten farkkujen metsästäminen voikin olla hyvin vaikeaa. Oma ongelmani on siinä, että farkut eivät koskaan istu hyvin. Jokin osa on aina liian suuri tai pieni, joten farkkujen kokeileminen on mielestäni kamalinta ikinä. Jo ajatus uusien farkkujen ostamisesta saa minut turhautumaan. Usein niiden etsiminen kestää tunteja ja silti saatan lähteä kotiin tyhjin käsin päivän päätteeksi. Toinen vaikea juttu on farkkujen koko. Kaupasta riippuen oma kokoni saattaa vaihdella neljän eri koon välillä! Ja jos haluaa kokeilla kaksia erilaisia farkkuja päälle, on todella rasittavaa tunkeutua pukukoppiin kahdeksan farkkuparin kanssa.
Nyt olen kuitenkin löytänyt omaan makuuni täydellisen kaupan, joka on Lindex. Lindexin farkut ovat suht halpoja (n. 40-50e yhdestä parista) ja heidän basic -linjansa sisältää pillifarkkuja, straight cut - farkkuja ja bootcut -farkkuja. Itse tykkään bootcut lahkeista (koska jalkani ovat melko lyhyet) ja normaalivyötäröstä (koska matala vyötärö on useimmiten hieman liian matala omaan makuuni). Joten kun menin torstaina shoppailemaan ja Lindex sattui olemaan ensimmäinen liike jossa kävin, ostin kahdet farkut. Kahdet täydelliset farkut yhden päivän aikana? En muista tiedä, mutta minulle ei ole ennen moista sattunut. 

So I bought one pair of dark blue jeans which are really nice. They're quite similar to the lighter ones so I couldn't be bothered to take pictures with me wearing them as well. And yes, I'm wearing the lighter ones in the pictures. Anyway, both of these jeans are very nice and extremely comfortable!

Ostin siis tummansiniset farkut, jotka ovat todella kivat. Molemmat farkut ovat aika samanlaiset, joten en jaksanut ottaa enää kuvia myös toisten kanssa. Ja tosiaan, mulla on siis nuo vaaleammat farkut päällä kuvissa. Molemmat farkut ovat kuitenkin todella nätit ja järjettömän mukavat päällä!

I can't remember whether "BASE" was the name of the whole line or was it only a special name for bootcut jeans. Anyway, I recommend these jeans to everyone!

En nyt sitten muista, että oliko tää "BASE" se koko farkkulinjan nimi, vai ainoastaan eri nimike bootcut -lahkeisille farkuille. Enivei, suosittelen lämpimästi!
